The hotel is in an excellent location, though not directly on the beach. If you plan to rent a motorbike, it’s very convenient to reach many central spots within a few minutes. The staff was friendly, the rooms were modern and beautifully designed, with a lovely green view from the window. The pool was stunning, and the price reflects good value overall.

Hidden gem in the middle of Phangan jungle. Varivana is an absolute sanctuary: crazy views, infinity pool, beautiful rooftop and super super staff always willing to help (Special thanks to Chan, Bryan and Chris!) Super good breakfast in the rooftop, beautiful views and lobby. Location is not convenient, but you know it as you have stunning views and a super chill atmosphere. Don’t expect to go anywhere by walk and rent a motorbike for your whole stay (I would suggest renting it in other place if you stay more than 2 days, as hotel prices are a bit expensive). Rooms are super super big and spacious, we only missed a sofa or something to put or things on. Bed is great!

our stay at the resort was special. We were able to enjoy the best view in a long time and had the beautiful infinity pool to ourselves in the evening hours. But above all we liked the service of the resort! Jewelery is a diamond in the truest sense. She translated for us and stood up for a lost cell phone. She was a huge help to us and you could always ask her for advice. The rest of the service, especially in the restaurant, was also excellent. The rooms are nice and clean.

Amazing property, for all people complaining about the stairs and size of the room or the breakfast. This is absolutely not true. The stairs are ok, there is an elevator, there is enough shade in the rooftop, the breakfast is amazingly broad and diversified, the rooms are super clean and spatious enough. For the people that say it’s far away from everything, your in Thailand. Rent a scooter. If you want everything from walking distance go to a all in hotel in bodrum, this location is absolutely perfect. Thanks again for the amazing days. The team was also amazing and willing to help with everything. People that complain about this place are nuts. 1 thing I agree upon is that drinks and foods is pricy, but there are enough alternatives to go to. It’s a boutique hotel what do you expect? I will be back!
